Rarity Fashion - Sunrise over Equestria

This is the final direct "spin-off project" of the recent Carousel Crusade (though during this project I found tin foil to be an interesting material to work with, so one more upcoming project will indirectly be a kind of a spin-off too). Unlike the other outfits this one was not inspired by any of the mane6 but is just my own attempt at doing Rarity's job
The outfit is named "Sunrise" over Equestria with the lower blue rim of the dress representing the ocean, the greenish (admittedly rather blueish part) representing the land, and the orange and yellow collar representing the sun.
The hat is not really part of this outfit and I had made it independently to have something to hang up on the horseshoe parts of the rack in the Carousel Crusade images. The Starswirl the Bearded reference of the hat is rather obvious (despite the lack of bells). Nevertheless that hat could theoretically, though not necessarily aesthetically, be combined with the sunrise outfit to represent the space and stars beyond the sun. I suppose whether or not that is a combination anypony could wear is a decision I should leave to the professional, right Rarity?
